Teenager George Lloyd will hope to keep his place in the Cheltenham team for the clash with Forest Green after impressing on his league debut last weekend.
The 18-year-old winger was given a first chance by manager Gary Johnson and set up a goal in the Robins’ 3-0 victory over Morecambe.
Defender Jamie Grimes was another who put in a good performance after returning to the side following a knee problem and could again be preferred to youngster Joe Rodon.
Johnson will check on Carl Winchester, who missed the Morecambe victory with a hamstring injury, while Jordon Forster is close to returning from an Achilles problem.
Forest Green boss Mark Cooper could ring the changes after the disappointment of his team’s loss to bottom side Barnet last weekend.
The result kept Rovers in danger of dropping back out of the Football League, with Barnet now only four points adrift.
Cooper recalled top scorer Christian Doidge and defender Farrend Rawson to the starting line-up after both recovered from injuries but was unhappy with the performance of his team.
Daniel Wishart, Chris Clements and Reece Brown all came off the bench against Barnet and could come into contention if Cooper decides to make changes.
