Oxford forward Gino van Kessel will miss Saturday’s Sky Bet League One clash with Oldham.
U’s manager Karl Robinson has said he is unsure whether Van Kessel, on loan from Slavia Prague, will feature again this season after he suffered a hamstring injury while on international duty with Curacao.
On-loan midfielder Alex Mowatt completes a three-game ban following his red card at Portsmouth on March 25.
Long-term absentees Curtis Nelson (Achilles) and Rob Hall (knee) continue to be unavailable.
Oldham expect to have striker Craig Davies available for the trip to the Kassam Stadium.
Davies has shaken off the injury which kept him out of Monday’s victory over Blackpool.
Latics captain Anthony Gerrard will remain sidelined due to a calf strain.
Cameron Dummigan (groin) will also continue to miss out, along with fellow injured defender Ryan McLaughlin.
