David de Gea is on the brink of signing a massive new contract with Manchester United.
The Sun says the goalkeeper is poised to sign a new five-year Manchester United deal worth £350,000 a week.
The Spanish goalkeeper - who is wanted by Real Madrid this summer - is expected to sign before going to the World Cup.
He will become United's second highest ever earner in history - behind Alexis Sanchez who is on £505,000 a week.
A United insider revealed: "The club want it sorted. It has to be done in their eyes.
"They want David to go to the World Cup and come back knowing everything is settled.
"Zlatan leaving has freed up more wiggle room on wages and United don't want to drag it out.
"They want to show the world that David won't be leaving for anywhere. It's a real statement."
