Bentley could ring changes for Exeter visit

Morecambe boss Jim Bentley may make changes after watching his side throw away a golden chance of three points at Crawley last week.
Callum Lang scored what looked like the winner for the Shrimps in injury time – only for the home side to grab a crucial point two minutes later.
Bentley is likely to reward Lang for his goal with a place in the starting line-up, having replaced Aaron Wildig midway through the second half at the Checkatrade.com Stadium.
Garry Thompson is also pushing for promotion to the bench, while defender Max Muller could figure having recently returned from Germany following a family bereavement.
Exeter defender Luke Croll could return to contention, but skipper Jordan Moore-Taylor is still out.
Croll has been sidelined since October due to a troublesome groin injury, while fellow defender Moore-Taylor sustained a knee injury in the recent home draw against Carlisle.
Dan Seaborne returned to the bench in the midweek draw against Yeovil and is pushing for a return to action and Troy Archibald-Henville (knee) is available again.
Winger Lee Holmes remains sidelined due to the ankle injury that forced him to miss out in midweek.
