Kroos has not featured for Madrid since he suffered with a knee injury during the first leg against Unai Emery's side.
And ex-Tottenham ace Modric picked up a hamstring injury shortly after.
Zinedine Zidane's men were without the duo for La Liga matches against Real Betis, Espanyol and Getafe.
Both players returned to training with the Spanish giants on Sunday in Madrid.

Marcelo also returned to action for Madrid after being introduced as a late substitute against Getafe.
The La Liga side are firm favourites heading into the fixture after an emphatic 3-1 in the first leg.
Ahead of the Champions League showdown, captain Sergio Ramos said: "We know what the Champions League means for Real Madrid.
"Now we must go to Paris with the seriousness and identity we showed in the first game.
"We know it will be difficult, but we have our objective.
"We know in attack they have unbalancing players, but we can also do them damage."
The home side will be without Neymar for Tuesday's clash after the Brazilian underwent surgery on his foot.
