Peterhead moved to the top of the Ladbrokes Scottish League Two table on goal difference following a 2-1 victory against struggling Clyde.
The hosts dominated in the early exchanges with Chris Johnston and James Stevenson both going close with efforts inside the area before Russell McLean gave Peterhead a deserved lead in the 37th minute from close range.
Jack Leitch doubled the Double Toon’s advantage four minutes later when he fired past Kyle Gourlay, and despite former Scotland international David Goodwillie pulling one back for Clyde just after the hour mark, Peterhead held on for maximum points.
