Bristol Rovers vs Wigan Athletic - Ollie Clarke doubtful before Rovers host Wigan

Bristol Rovers could again be without midfielder Ollie Clarke for the visit of promotion-chasing Wigan.
Clarke missed Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Scunthorpe due to an ankle problem and it remains to be seen when he will return to action, as is the case with full-back Daniel Leadbitter.
With two home games in the space of four days and concerns over the state of the Memorial Stadium’s “rubbish” pitch, Rovers boss Darrell Clarke might opt to bring in fresh faces for Tuesday’s game.
The forward trio of Byron Moore, Tom Nichols and Bernard Mensah all came off the bench at the weekend and are options to start, as are Ryan Sweeney and the fit-again James Clarke at the back.
FA Cup quarter-finalists Wigan are at full strength for the trip to Bristol as they welcome back three players.
Midfielder Nick Powell and defender Nathan Byrne are available after missing Saturday’s 1-0 win over Rochdale because of respective hamstring and calf injuries.
Captain Sam Morsy could also return to the side after serving his two-game ban for picking up 10 yellow cards.
With no other fresh injury concerns, Wigan boss Paul Cook has a fully fit squad to choose from as the third-placed Latics seek to boost their promotion hopes.
