Sheffield Wednesday trio Sean Clare, Jordan Thorniley and Jack Stobbs will miss the FA Cup visit of Swansea having previously played in the competition for other clubs.
Forward Marco Matias also sits out the fifth-round tie as he serves the final instalment of a three-match suspension.
Cameron Dawson returns in goal, as he has done for Wednesday’s previous two cup outings.
Midfielder Ross Wallace, rested for the midweek league win over Derby, is also set to return to the squad.
Andre Ayew and Andy King are cup-tied for Premier League visitors Swansea.
A raft of injuries have also ruled out the likes of Leroy Fer, Wilfried Bony and Renato Sanches.
Swansea manager Carlos Carvalhal intends to make other changes for the clash
against his former club, with Kyle Bartley, Luciano Narsingh, Wayne Routledge and Tammy Abraham all likely to play.
Sweden international Kristoffer Nordfeldt is also set to start as first-choice
goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski will be rested.
