Timi Elsnik is set to return from a lengthy injury lay-off when Swindon take on Crewe in League Two.
Elsnik, who is on a season-long loan from Derby, has not featured since November due to a hamstring injury but played for his parent club’s under-23 side in midweek.
Swindon boss David Flitcroft watched Elsnik in action and confirmed the 19-year-old will be involved in the game at the County Ground.
Flitcroft received more good news on the injury front, with Donal McDermott not needing an operation on his groin and Amine Linganzi progressing well with his rehab.
Shaun Miller is set to make his second debut for Crewe.
The striker re-signed for the Alex on loan from Carlisle earlier this week, rejoining the club he began his professional career with.
George Ray, who has not appeared since April due to a back injury, was an unused substitute last weekend but missed the chance to play 90 minutes for the under-23s in midweek as their game was postponed.
Perry Ng is back from a four-game suspension but Chris Dagnall (knee) and Chris Porter (ankle) recently picked up injuries.
