Aubameyang to Arsenal: Arsene Wenger provides major transfer update

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is wanted by Arsenal.
ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger has answered questions about transfer target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Arsenal tabled a second bid for the Borussia Dortmund forward yesterday, believed to be in the region of £50million.
However, the German outfit rejected the offer once again and are apparently holding out for around £60m.
And Wenger was playing it cool when he was quizzed about how the transfer negotiations were going.
The Gunners are keen not to over-pay for the striker so the Frenchman insisted he would be happy with his current crop of players if he did not land his man.
"The best is I don't talk about that," Wenger said.
"If something happens, it happens.
"If not I'm perfectly happy with the squad I have."
Arsenal beat Chelsea 2-1 on Wednesday to reach the final of the Carabao Cup.
And Wenger was delighted he can finally put the Alexis Sanchez transfer saga behind him and move on with trying to win trophies.
"It's a great satisfying night for us," Wenger added.
"We managed to beat a strong team.
"In January we paid a heavy price for uncertainty in the dressing room - now we are back."
