Blackpool held at home by Bristol Rovers

Blackpool are still searching for their first home league win since October after they were held to a goalless draw at Bloomfield Road by Bristol Rovers.
It was a bright start from both sides, with Rory Gaffney having a goal ruled out for offside in the opening minute and Sean Longstaff firing just wide for Blackpool.
Blackpool carried the greater threat before the break, Sessi D'Almeida shooting wide from distance on a couple of occasions, but neither side managed a shot on target in the first half.
Colin Daniel came within inches of giving the Seasiders the lead after 56 minutes as his cross from the left almost caught out Adam Smith but drifted just beyond the far post.
But Rovers were almost gifted a winner on 77 minutes as Blackpool keeper Joe Lumley charged recklessly from his goal and was beaten by Gaffney, who just missed the open goal from a tight angle on the edge of the area.
However, Lumley played a key role in securing a point two minutes later, twice denying Joe Partington from close range at a corner.
