West Ham goalkeeper Adrian mistakes Cheikhou Kouyate’s head for a football

West Ham are up against Tottenham this evening, in one of the biggest rivalries in the Premier League.
Well, in London, anwyay.
The two sides went in at half-time locked at 0-0, with Adrian the busier of the two goalkeepers.
Spurs had three shots at goal, with West Ham more than happy to defend deep and let their cross-city opponents shoot from range.
SAVE! Kane curls one looking for the bottom corner but the Adrian is quick to read it and pushes it clear!
With Harry Kane back in the side following his illness at the beginning of the week, Spurs have been understandably trying to get the ball into him.
But Adrian is seemingly ready for this tactic - most of the time, anyway.
However, around the 30-minute mark, this happened.

Ouch.
It seems in the mad scuffle for the ball inside the West Ham box, Adrian grabbed midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate by the head, instead of the ball.
To be fair, they're around the same shape and size.
Could happen to anyone, right?
We're sure the Senegal international will be grateful to see that his ‘keeper has a safe pair of hands for this mammoth clash.
But you can't help but feel that if Joe Hart had been in goal, Kouyate would've likely been in less distress.
