Man Utd rival Liverpool as De Vrij coy over Lazio contract talks

Lazio defender Stefano de Vrij remains coy over his future with the Rome club.
Off contract in June, De Vrij has so far baulked at committing to new terms with Lazio, despite negotiations ongoing for some months.
Liverpool and Juventus have been linked with the Dutchman, along with Manchester United where manager Jose Mourinho has confirmed they need to find a new centre-half signing. Indeed, United scouts have been spotted at Lazio games in recent weeks.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday night De Vrij stated: "Personally, I am always trying to grow and improve. I want to do the same in 2018.
"My renewal? I do not know..."
