No major injury worries for Crewe

Crewe manager David Artell said he will pick his strongest team when they host Rotherham in the FA Cup first round on Saturday.
Despite struggling in 18th in League Two, Artell will pick his best players against the Millers at the Alexandra Stadium.
Crewe have lost nine of their last 11 games in all competitions and Artell will pick the players that have impressed him in training.
Artell has no major injuries to contend with ahead of their cup-tie.
Rotherham will be without the suspended Joe Mattock following his red card in last week's 3-1 defeat to Gillingham.
Captain Lee Frecklington is also still sidelined, although he is said to be making good progress from a back injury.
Millers boss Paul Warne has indicated he expects to make a number of changes for the trip to Gresty Road.
But they will not include winger Jon Taylor who is not deemed to be ready following his slow recovery from a knee problem.
