Hyde fighting fit as they look to claim FA Cup scalp

Darren Kelly's in-form Hyde will be hoping to claim one of the first FA Cup scalps of the week when they host MK Dons on Friday.

The former Oldham manager reported no injury issues after Saturday's 4-1 win over Goole, when the Tigers, a Northern Premier League Division One North team, extended their unbeaten run in the division to 20 games.

Kelly, therefore, has a full squad to choose from and forward Pete Boyle will make his 100th appearance for the club if he plays any part in the tie.

It is 23 years since Hyde made it this far in the competition and this is the first time they have been drawn at home after travelling to Warrington, Boston and Scarborough.

MK Dons could have midfielder Peter Pawlett back.

Pawlett has not played since the 1-1 draw at home to Oxford on September 2.

Dons manager Robbie Neilson said Howlett has come through two training sessions and will make a decision on his involvement after Thursday's final training session.

Neilson said the rest of his squad should all be fit and available for selection.
