Livingston go second after victory over Terrors

Livingston extended their winning run to four matches and moved up to second in the Ladbrokes Championship thanks to a 2-0 victory over Dundee United at Almondvale Stadium.
The hosts took an early lead just seven minutes in as Daniel Mullen buried Alan Lithgow's free-kick past goalkeeper Harry Lewis and into the bottom corner from a tight angle.
Livi defender Lithgow missed the chance to double the lead midway through the first half as he headed wide from Mullen's free-kick while, at the other end, James Keatings sent his effort into the stands as the away side searched for an equaliser.
Scott McDonald had a great chance to level 10 minutes after the break but he drilled his shot wide, and it was Livingston that netted the next goal as Nikolay Todorov tapped Josh Mullin's assist home from close range after 76 minutes to seal maximum points.
