Chelsea keeper Courtois wants Real Madrid move to be closer to family

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is already house-hunting in Madrid, it has been revealed.

It emerged last week that Courtois had put off new contract talks with Chelsea as he was eager to hear from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

And Diario Gol reports the Belgian already has his minders scouting luxury properties in the La Finca district in anticipation of a move to Real Madrid.

Florentino knows Courtois is desperate to move to Real, with intermediaries in regular contact. With his former girlfriend now located in Madrid with his son and daughter, Courtois is keen to be closer to them.

Real president Florentino recognises Courtois' quality and is now favouring the Belgian as their Galacticos keeper signing in 2018. However, Chelsea will have to slash their mooted €60m valuation for a deal to be done.
