Paris Saint Germain 6 - 2 Bordeaux: PSG at full power to crush Bordeaux

Paris St Germain hit Bordeaux for six to fire another daunting statement of intent and cement top spot in Ligue 1.
The Parisians battered Bordeaux 6-2 at the Parc des Princes to claim a three-point lead over rivals Monaco, who could only draw 1-1 with Montpellier on Friday night.
Neymar curled a fine free-kick and struck a penalty as PSG mercilessly swiped away Bordeaux's unbeaten start to the league campaign.
Thomas Meunier, Edinson Cavani, Julian Draxler and Kylian Mbappe were all on target too, as the Paris powerhouses ensured they became the league's only side to move to eight games unbeaten.
Cavani and Neymar rowed on the field over spot-kick duties in the 2-0 win over Lyon on September 17, but there were no such feuds here, with the pair all smiles and hugs amid a rarely-troubled rout.
Bordeaux hit back through Younousse Sankhare and Jonathan Cafu's late penalty, but that scant consolation hardly even wobbled PSG from their lofty perch.
Fresh from powering past Bayern Munich 3-0 in midweek, PSG returned to winning ways in style in the league.
Unai Emery's men headed into Saturday's encounter itching to make amends for their goalless draw at Montpellier in their last league outing - their only match without a win in all competitions so far this term.
And the hosts needed just five minutes to take control against Bordeaux, hitting five goals in the first half of a Ligue 1 match for the first time in their history.
The Parisians found the net with their first three shots on target.
Neymar kick-started the rout by whipping home a free-kick, before serving up the second on a plate for Cavani, who stroked in with ease.
When Meunier lashed home a loose ball after Mbappe's mis-hit cross there were only 21 minutes on the clock.
Neymar casually converted a penalty after 40 minutes after a Bordeaux handball and then Draxler volleyed home from Mbappe's cross.
Among all PSG's madcap scoring glut, Bordeaux did manage to find the net, through Sankhare just past the half-hour mark.
That solitary strike remained a mere footnote on Bordeaux's battering however, which continued after half-time, with Draxler laying on PSG's sixth for Mbappe.
Cafu's late spot-kick could not disguise the hosts' dominance.
