Cesc Fabregas and gorgeous WAG Daniella Semaan snapped on beach in Sardinia

The Chelsea midfield ace is making the most of the summer break by soaking up some rays on the beach in Sardinia, the Italian island in the Mediterranean sea.

His partner Daniella Semaan, who he’s been with since 2011, seemed to be enjoying herself ahead of Fabregas’ return to pre-season training this Friday.

They were spotted earlier in the summer on holiday with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in Ibiza, but this time the couple were just with their children.
