But his controversial caption is sure to cause offence.

One Twitter account posted the picture, captioned: "Frank Lampard what are you saying"

The photo comes after The Sun on Sunday revealed the ex-England ace's house is being used as a sex dungeon by a coke-dealing dominatrix who loves to tie up and spank clients with riding crops and whips.

Frank, 39, and Christine, 38, who got married in December 2015, spent yesterday walking their pooch, leaving her "knackered" by the end of it.

The pair also looked loved up as they passionately kissed each other while on holiday in the South of France last month.

While dad-of-two Lampard appears to have been relaxing, he is working hard trying to find his first job as a manager.

In 2016 he told Sky Sports: "There was a period earlier in my career where I really fancied it, then I thought I don't fancy the managerial thing.

"Now, I'm back onto it. The problem is I've got to get my badges and the hard thing for me is to have time to do it.

"As soon as I finish playing I'd like to take it up and maybe be a manager. It's hard, though, because I only want the Chelsea job.

"As a Chelsea man or not, the job is one of the pinnacles of football, they are one of the top clubs in the world now. And I'm a Chelsea man.

"It might be a different route for me and might take a while but the dream would be to manage Chelsea one day. If I was good enough, if they wanted me and it was the right time."
