EVERTON boss Ronald Koeman wants Swansea’s Gylfi Sigurdsson as Ross Barkley’s replacement.

Gylfi Sigurdsson has been huge for Swansea this season
England midfielder Barkley, 23, is unlikely to sign a new contract at Goodison, with Tottenham favourites to sign him in the summer for £35million.
So Everton are searching for his replacement and are ready to pay £25m for playmaker Sigurdsson, 27.
That is £5m below Swansea's valuation but there is scope for a compromise.
Everton have also been linked with Blues old boy Wayne Rooney, but he is more likely to leave Manchester United for China.
Starsport revealed Barkley's contract stand-off with Everton in February - he has to sign or quit.
