Dundee United and Morton will face each other in the promotion play-offs after drawing 1-1 at Cappielow Park on Saturday to finish third and fourth respectively in the Ladbrokes Championship table.
Both teams had chances to break the deadlock in a goalless first half, with Dundee United coming closest when Tony Andreu clattered the bar in the 39th minute.
Morton eventually opened the scoring seven minutes after the break when Mark Russell's cross was headed into the back of the net by Kudus Oyenuga.
The visitors were back on terms 11 minutes later when Blair Spittal fired in from 10 yards after good work from Andreu.
Substitute Aidan Nesbitt almost won it for Morton in added time but visiting goalkeeper Cammy Bell produced a superb save to keep him out.
