Huddersfield Town vs Preston North End - Izzy Brown and Kasey Palmer remain sidelined as Huddersfield host Preston

Huddersfield will be without Izzy Brown and Kasey Palmer again for their home game against Preston.

Brown has missed the last three games due a knee injury and fellow Chelsea loanee Palmer has been sidelined since early February with a hamstring problem.

Winger Sean Scannell and Harry Bunn both featured for the under-23s this week as they recover from injury, but it remains to be seen if either will be in contention.

Defender Jon Gorenc Stankovic is out for 10 months after tearing a cruciate knee ligament last month, but head coach David Wagner has no new injury problems.

Preston centre-back Alex Baptiste starts a three-match ban for his red card late on in Saturday's defeat to Leeds.

The defender has just got back into the side, starting the last two matches, after three months out with a knee problem but faces another spell on the sidelines.

Joint top-scorer Jordan Hugill is set to return after concussion kept him out at the weekend and is likely to go straight into the team.

Callum Robinson is the man likely to miss out if that is the case.
