Chelsea unwilling to pay £70million for Manchester United target
Romelu Lukaku won't sign a new Everton contract

CHELSEA are reluctant to pay more than £70million to take back Romelu Lukaku in summer.

Manchester United are also in the hunt after the striker rejected a new contract with Everton.

Chelsea tried to sign him last summer with a £65million bid for a player they sold for £28million in 2014.

Everton are believed to value Lukaku at £75million, with Paris St Germain and Juventus also showing interest.

However, the Blues are reluctant to meet the Toffees' evaluation of the player.

Everton are determined to keep him and will demand a huge fee if they lose their star asset.

Lukaku has been in fine form for Everton this season.

The Belgium international is the Premier League's joint-highest scorer with 19 goals.
