Yeovil Town vs Accrington Stanley - Alex Lawless out for Yeovil
Posted Friday, March 17, 2017 by PA
Yeovil midfielder Alex Lawless has been ruled out of the Sky Bet League Two clash with Accrington.
Lawless has been struggling with a hamstring injury he sustained during the Glovers' 3-1 win at Morecambe last weekend and has not recovered in time to feature.
But on-loan forward Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro returns to the matchday squad after he was unavailable against his parent club Barnet on Tuesday.
Otis Khan (ankle) and Nathan Smith (knee) have returned to training but Saturday's match comes too soon for both men to be in contention.
Accrington boss John Coleman will be without midfielder Arron Davies through injury.
Coleman has revealed Davies will be out of action for a couple of weeks after hurting himself in an "unfortunate accident at home".
Fellow midfielder Sean Clare, who missed the 5-0 demolition of Orient in midweek, remains on the sidelines and could return to parent club Sheffield Wednesday for assessment.
Defender Janoi Donacien also sat out at the Crown Ground with a virus but trained on Thursday and his condition will be assessed.
