Grimsby Town vs Crawley Town - Gavin Gunning and Chris Clements look set to miss Grimsby's clash with Crawley

Gavin Gunning and Chris Clements are set to miss out once again as Grimsby look to resurrect their ailing play-off push against Crawley at Blundell Park.

Gunning is set for at least another week on the sidelines under concussion rules while Clements is still struggling with illness which has seen him miss the last two games.

Boss Marcus Bignot will look to make a number of changes to his side following their thumping 4-0 defeat at promotion-chasing Portsmouth on Tuesday night.

Dominic Vose was a non-playing substitute at Fratton Park after his recovery from a recent thigh injury, while Adi Yussuf is another who could step up from the bench.

Crawley striker Matt Harrold is set to return for the match.

Harrold has not played since November but the 32-year-old has recovered from an Achilles injury and could be recalled to the squad.

Jordan Roberts remains sidelined, however, with a broken toe, while Mark Connolly went off with a knock in the first half of Tuesday's defeat to Crewe and will be assessed.

Crawley sit 18th in League Two, six points behind Grimsby in 13th.
