Bellerin came through the Barcelona academy before joining the Gunners in 2011.
He has often been linked with a move back to his boyhood club and this summer looks to be no different to previous transfer windows.
Spanish outlet Sport say Barcelona director Roberto Fernandez has met with Bellerin's representatives in recent weeks.
Hector Bellerin is once again linked with a return to Barcelona from Arsenal
The 21-year-old is their priority signing this summer to end their troubles on the right side of defence.
The right-back only signed a new six-year contract with Arsenal in November last year but that won't put off Barca.
The La Liga giants will meet with Arsenal hierarchy after Easter and a meeting with transfer guru Dick Law has been scheduled for the end of next month.
The report says by the time of the meeting it's expected to be known who will replace outgoing Barca boss Luis Enrique and whether Arsene Wenger will stay at the Emirates.
Back in September it was claimed Bellerin's price would have been around £30m but that figure has raised due to his form and new deal.
It's now believed Arsenal would not look to sell Bellerin for less than £35m.
