Joshua Kimmich could make a move to Manchester City this summer, with the German unhappy at his lack of playing time at Bayern Munich and with Pep Guardiola potentially interested in a reunion.
The Catalan handed the now-22-year-old his debut during his three seasons in charge at the Allianz Arena, but Carlo Ancelotti has used the midfielder sparingly, with Kimmich having made just 18 Bundesliga appearances so far - although he has started three Champions League matches and has scored three goals.
According to The Daily Mirror, his hunger for minutes could provoke a summer departure and the Etihad Stadium is the most likely landing spot, a switch which would cost the Premier League side 25 million euros.
For Guardiola, Kimmich's versatility would be attractive as he can play in his natural central midfield position, as well as at right-back or centre-back.
