Charlton Athletic vs Walsall

Charlton are again without Chris Solly and Jason Pearce for Saturday's League One visit of Walsall.

Solly has served his suspension, but, like Jordan Botaka, he has a calf injury.

Josh Magennis is also a doubt, having suffered a hamstring injury in Tuesday's 2-1 victory over Scunthorpe.

Jake Forster-Caskey is running again after an ankle injury, while Pearce is set to play in an Under-23s fixture as he recovers his match fitness, but Saturday is too soon for a first-team return.

Walsall could name an unchanged side after back-to-back home wins over Oldham and Chesterfield.

The Saddlers have won six in a row at the Banks's Stadium but have not picked up three points away from home since Boxing Day.

Jon Whitney is still unable to call on midfielders Florent Cuvelier and Reece Flanagan.

Cuvelier has been out for a month with a hamstring problem while Flanagan has not played all season after dislocating his shoulder in a development game on his comeback from knee surgery.
