Preston North End vs Brentford - Preston unchanged ahead of Brentford clash

Preston have no new injury or suspension concerns ahead of the visit of Brentford in the Sky Bet Championship.

Long-term injury victims Calum Woods, John Welsh and Alex Baptiste are still the only absentees.

Baptiste is making good progress after his knee injury and could return in the coming weeks while fellow defender Woods, who suffered cruciate ligament damage in pre-season, is now back in light fitness training.

Midfielder Welsh, however, recently suffered a setback in his recovery from the calf injury sustained in October.

John Egan could return to the Brentford starting line-up.

The defender missed last week's 3-0 win over Aston Villa after requiring stitches in his ear, and was then an unused substitute in Sunday's 3-3 draw with Brighton.

Rico Henry is back in full training after a long-term shoulder injury but needs a reserve run-out.

Alan Judge is still recovering from a broken leg and fellow midfielder Lewis Macleod has been ruled out for the season following knee surgery.
