Brighton & Hove Albion vs Burton Albion FC - Dale Stephens and Sam Baldock to return as Brighton take on Burton

Brighton duo Dale Stephens and Sam Baldock are available for the visit of Burton.

Midfielder Stephens has missed the last three matches with a calf injury and striker Baldock has been out for five games with a similar problem.

Albion will still be without Gaeten Bong, who has a knee injury, while fellow defender Liam Rosenior is sidelined with a foot problem.

Tomer Hemed may have earned a starting role after climbing off the bench to head Brighton's dramatic equaliser in Sunday's 3-3 draw at Brentford.

Burton boss Nigel Clough does not expect his injury problems to ease in time for the trip to the south coast.

The Brewers were without defenders John Brayford (knee) and Kyle McFadzean (toe), winger Lloyd Dyer (calf) and striker Luke Varney (punctured lung) when they won against Wolves last weekend, while left-back Damien McCrory was forced off with a hamstring problem during that game.

They are all expected to remain out, with the home match against Norwich on February 18 a likely return date for the quintet.

Meanwhile, on-loan Brighton forward Chris O'Grady is ineligible to play against his parent club.
