A trip to the ice bath was what greeted Sergio Ramos on Monday morning after Real Madrid's 2-1 defeat to Sevilla.

Scoring an own goal late on as the Andalusians stole the points, it came amid a tense atmosphere between the defender and his former club's fans.

However, Ramos got back to work at Valdebebas the following day, posting a photo of his ice bath after a recovery session.

Training session and a little cold water for recovery.
