Port Vale's clash with MK Dons postponed

Port Vale have announced their Sky Bet League One clash with MK Dons has been postponed.

The game was called off by the referee following a pitch inspection on Saturday morning.

A statement on the club's official website read: "The referee has made the decision this morning to postpone our League One game with MK Dons.

"Yesterday afternoon, a pitch inspection had been called for 9am and unfortunately the referee has deemed the pitch unplayable.

"Heavy snow in Burslem during the early hours of Friday morning has covered Vale Park."
