Real Madrid line up summer swoop for Dele Alli

The 20-year-old has sprung back into goal-scoring form of late after a stellar breakthrough season last term - and now the rumours have begun

Real Madrid are weighing up the merits of a huge summer bid for Tottenham's Dele Alli, the Mirror reports.

The Spanish capital side are said to have been keeping tabs on the attacking midfielder for some time and have dealt with Spurs before through deals for Luka Modric and Gareth Bale.

A January move is out of the question due to Madrid's transfer ban, but Real are looking to put together a summer package that would be a significant increase on his current £60,000-a-week deal.

With Mauricio Pochettino having recently claimed Alli is worth over £50 million, however, the England international will not come cheap.
