Joe Hart tells friends he wants to join Man City's title rivals

Joe Hart probably didn't see his career taking the turn it has in going to Italy.

And while he deserves the credit for taking a chance on travelling the road less travelled by joining Torino on a season-long loan, it would appear that he already has his mind set on a return to the Premier League.

With no future at Manchester City, he will be free to find himself a new club over the summer when the season comes to a conclusion, and he shouldn't be short of options despite a number of minor blunders in Turin.

Hart is said to be enjoying his Italian adventure, but has his eyes on joining another top English side in the coming months.

With an eye on his England career, Hart wants to ensure that he is tending goal for a top Premier League side and has reportedly told those closest to him that he wants a move to Liverpool.

According to the Daily Mirror, Hart told pals that he would be willing to be flexible on his demands if Jurgen Klopp is keen on bringing him to Anfield.

Liverpool currently have two mishandling goalkeepers of their own in with the likes of Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius both costing the club points this term.

Klopp has already publicly backed Karius to come good eventually, but even he must be worried that the two stoppers can't make the number one spot their own.

However, with links to Hart being rife in several news outlets, Klopp has refused to be drawn in on the speculation.

The report does state, though, that Klopp is keeping a close watch on the 29-year-old, but would rather work with his current two custodians before making a decision over whether to make a move for the England stopper.
