Coventry vs Bolton Wanderers - Clarke and Beavon in line for Coventry debuts

Coventry are expected to hand debuts to Nathan Clarke and Stuart Beavon at home to Bolton.

Defender Clarke has joined his former Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade from Bradford, while striker Beavon has made the short journey from Burton.

Midfielder Callum Reilly will also be looking for an early opportunity at the Ricoh Arena having also joined from the Brewers on loan.

But Jordan Turnbull is suspended and Lewis Page could miss out after taking a heavy blow in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Peterborough.

Bolton boss Phil Parkinson will consider changes for the first time in five matches.

Wanderers, currently second behind Sheffield United, defeated Scunthorpe on Saturday as Jay Spearing completed 90 minutes despite a concern over a groin strain and, with a game just two days on, Parkinson may take him out of the firing line.

Derik Osede and James Henry, who came off the bench to score the winner against the Iron, will be among those hoping for inclusion, as will recent injury absentees Darren Pratley (broken leg) and Max Clayton (ankle).

Mark Howard (thumb), Mark Davies (knee) and Liam Trotter (groin) are all still missing for Bolton.
