Rochdale boss Keith Hill unlikely to shuffle pack for visit of Chesterfield

Keith Hill could stick with the same XI as Rochdale look to continue their good run in League One against Chesterfield.
Dale have won all but one of their last five games to climb to fifth in the table ahead of the festive fixtures.
Striker Calvin Andrew has had to settle for the role of substitute since returning from a nine-match ban and is likely to be on the bench again.
Peter Vincenti and Brian Barry-Murphy remain sidelined.
Chesterfield boss Danny Wilson could name an unchanged side after last weekend's home win against title hopefuls Bolton.
The Spireites won at Spotland earlier this month in the EFL Trophy and the team that takes to the field on Monday will not feature too many changes from that day.
Jon Nolan will complete a three-match suspension while fellow midfielder Angel Martinez is back in training but not yet ready to return to action after his serious knee injury.
Goalkeeper Tommy Lee (shoulder) and defenders Dan Jones (foot) and Paul McGinn (hamstring) are also continuing their recoveries.
