Ipswich vs Fulham - Jonny Williams among Ipswich absentees for Boxing Day visit of Fulham

Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy will be without several key men including Jonny Williams for his side's Sky Bet Championship clash with Fulham.
The midfielder was making his first start of the season in the 3-2 win at Wigan before injuring his shoulder during the early stages of the second half, which has ruled him out for up to three months after having surgery on Tuesday.
Teddy Bishop is out for up to four weeks with an ankle ligament injury while defenders Tommy Smith (back) and Paul Digby (knee) and Luke Hyam and Giles Coke (both knee) are long-term absentees.
However, Grant Ward could return to the starting line-up after a bout of illness restricted him to a 16-minute cameo from the bench against the Latics.
Fulham must do without Chelsea loanee Tomas Kalas.
The centre back suffered a hamstring strain in the midweek 2-2 draw with Derby, and will now be sidelined for two weeks.
Loan striker Chris Martin should return to lead Fulham's line after missing the Derby clash as the Scotland forward was ineligible to face his parent club.
Former England midfielder Scott Parker is still waiting for his first start since October.
