Osasuna vs Barcelona - Barcelona's Neymar warns Real Madrid: Don't get too comfortable

Neymar has warned Real Madrid not to get too comfortable at the top of the LaLiga table.

Barcelona travel to rock-bottom Osasuna looking to arrest a run of three straight draws in the league, which has left them six points adrift of Real.

Last Saturday's 1-1 draw with the capital club was moments away from being a much-needed win before Sergio Ramos popped up with a last-gasp leveller.

That ensured Zinedine Zidane's men kept their bitter rivals at arm's length, but not, Neymar hopes, for long.

"This is a long competition," he said on as.com. "We should not look at Madrid, but do our thing and in the end we will see.

"Madrid have grown a lot in recent matches.

"But it's a very difficult league. The side in first can never be calm. Barcelona are still Barca. We have not changed our style and we want to win everything."

A weakened Barcelona side returned to winning ways with a 4-0 Champions League win over Borussia Monchengladbach in midweek. Neymar did not feature, denying him the chance to end a goal drought which extends all the way back to their 4-0 win over Manchester City on October 19, a run of eight games for the Catalans.

Since then, Lionel Messi has scored eight times.

Not that Neymar is the jealous type.

"Leo is the best and we respect him," the Brazil international added. "For me it is a great honour to be his partner and share a team, a kit and goals with him."

A meeting with basement boys Osasuna, who have won just once in 14 league games this season and have lost their last four matches, scoring just once, would appear to be the perfect chance for Barcelona to get their title bid back on track.

The hosts, though, know they cannot afford to be in a generous mood. With a five-point gap to safety already, midfielder Imanol Garcia knows they need wins.

"We do not want a draw, we are at home and we are going to go for the three points," he told reporters.
