Yeovil Town vs Crawley Town - Yeovil midfielder Matthew Butcher out of Crawley clash due to suspension

Matthew Butcher will miss Yeovil's match against Crawley through suspension.

Butcher collected his fifth yellow card of the season in Saturday's late comeback victory over Colchester and will serve a one-game ban.

Nathan Smith could feature after confusion over his availability at the weekend, when he was originally said to be out with illness before warming up on the pitch and replacing Josh Ezewele on the bench shortly before kick-off.

The confusion arose as Smith had been receiving treatment for a skin condition and the Glovers had been awaiting clearance from the Football Association for his medication before including him in the squad.

Defenders Mark Connolly (concussion) and Alex Davey (shoulder) are major doubts for Crawley.

Davey came off the substitutes' bench in the first half of last Saturday's 3-1 loss to Mansfield to replace Connolly, but then had to be replaced himself in the second half.

Defender Joe McNerney (knee) is definitely out, so Josh Yorwerth, who was recalled from his loan spell with Merthyr last week, is in the squad.

Crawley are without a win in nine matches in all competitions.
