Colchester United vs Leyton Orient - Double fitness boost for Colchester

Colchester expect to have winger Brennan Dickenson and midfielder Tom Lapslie available for the Sky Bet League Two match against Leyton Orient.

The pair came through the midweek Checkatrade Trophy tie against Charlton unscathed after returning from respective hamstring and ankle problems, so should be in contention for U's boss John McGreal.

Defender Lloyd Doyley is likely to miss out again with a groin injury but forward Chris Porter could be available following his hamstring problem, while on-loan Arsenal midfielder Glen Kamara is away on international duty with Finland Under-21s.

Midfielder Doug Loft (Achilles) and defender Matt Briggs (hip) are closing in on returns, but Owen Garvan (leg) remains sidelined along with left-back Lewis Kinsella (ankle).

Leyton Orient boss Alberto Cavasin is expected to recall a number of first-team players for the trip to Essex.

The O's made six changes for their Checkatrade Trophy match against Brighton Under-23s in midweek.

Defender Yvan Erichot and striker Ulrich N'Nomo are doubts, with both players nursing groin and ankle injuries respectively.

Alan Dunne is set to keep his place after featuring for Orient for the first time in 11 months on Tuesday but Liam Kelly remains a long-term absentee following surgery on a torn hamstring.
