Man Utd tipped to become Cesc Fabregas’ next club as Chelsea seek move for Spaniard

Manchester United have become favourites to sign Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas with bookmakers after the Spaniard has fallen out of favour with Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.
The World Cup winner has made just four appearances in the Premier League this season, and has not featured for the Blues since their 3-0 defeat to his former club Arsenal in September.
And while bookies feel a reunion with Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford is looking more and more likely, the odds on a move back to the Gunners have also dropped, Ladbrokes say.
The odds have been slashed to 4/6 for any move away from Stamford Bridge in the upcoming January transfer window, with the Red Devils set at 6/1 to sign the playmaker by the end of next summer.
Ladbrokes News' Dave Burin said: "Someone is set for a World Cup-winning bargain in the January sales, but will it be Mourinho, Wenger or a dark horse who secures the Spaniard's signature?"
Fabregas was signed from Barcelona two years ago for a fee of £30 million by current United boss Mourinho and played a vital role in the club's Premier League title triumph in his first season back in English football, as he managed to create 93 chances for his teammate, registering 18 assists in the process.
However, after the arrival of N'Golo Kante this past summer, and a change of formation by Conte, Fabregas has found his chances become rather limited this season.
The 29-year-old is 12/1 to return to Arsenal either permanently or on loan by the end of January 2017. He is also 16/1 to re-join boyhood club Barcelona in the same capacity.
Squawka understands Fabregas is open to a move away from Stamford Bridge, but only to a leading European club. Chelsea for their part are keen to shift the World Cup winner to have the best chance of signing a top midfielder better suited to Conte's playing style.
