Chelsea blast FIFA president Infantino after loan system swipe

Chelsea have blasted FIFA president Gianni Infantino for questioning their loan system.
Antonio Conte's side have 38 players out on loan - and only 14 of them have ever played for the first team.
Infantino spoke out this week about clubs who "hoard" players and "park" them with other clubs.
But a Chelsea spokesman said: "If his comments are directed our way, it shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how our loan strategy works because it has player development at its core.
"We'd welcome him paying us a visit so we can show how our system works."
