Real Sociedad vs Atletico Madrid - Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone wary of Real Sociedad threat

Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone is aware of the threat posed by Real Sociedad as his side travel to the Anoeta Stadium for Saturday's LaLiga clash.
Simeone's men turn their attention to La Real after they secured their passage into the knockout stages of the Champions League having won all four of their matches in Europe this season - conceding just one goal in the process.
The Rojiblancos will look to close the gap on title rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona but Simeone believes his side will need to be at their best to defeat Sociedad, who have won three of their last four league games to climb up to sixth.
"Real Sociedad is a team that has been growing since the beginning of the season, with an offensive style of football," the 46-year-old told the media during Friday's preview press conference.
"Especially with a lot of people attacking in the midfield, they pressure the second line very well. They are playing attractive football, very intense and hopefully we can take the match to where we want so we are able to hurt them."
Despite fellow title rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid struggling in Europe, Simeone refused to comment on their results in midweek and is fully focused on gaining all three points this weekend.
"We focus on ourselves, I repeat," he added.
"Real Sociedad has been growing immensely with good results and they are obviously going to demand our best when we go against them, not with another situation, we focus only on that and how to search for the best thing."
Simeone will have defender Stefan Savic available after the club won an appeal over the Montenegrin's second yellow card during their 4-2 win over Malaga last weekend.
In-form striker Antoine Griezmann is fit to face his former club after his late winner helped Atletico beat FC Rostov 2-1 on Tuesday while goalkeeper Jan Oblak will also be available.
Sociedad defender Carlos Martinez is confident his side can look to their past performances against Atletico at home and claim victory.
"It's an attractive game, and a difficult one," the 30-year-old told Real Sociedad TV. "Over the past few seasons we have managed to beat them at home and we are all really looking forward to this game, and hopefully we can take a good result again.
"For us, it's a chance to gain another three points and remain among the top teams in the table; beating a side like Atletico would give us a boost and let us go into the international break in a good position."
The Basque side will be without Spain international Inigo Martinez after the defender picked up his fifth yellow card of the campaign, earning an automatic one-game suspension.
Gero Rulli is a doubt after sustaining a bruised knee in training this week. Former Real Madrid man Esteban Granero is set to miss out as he is recovering from a hamstring problem.
