What do Dortmund have that Bayern don't ?

It's been four seasons in a row that FC Bayern have come out as Bundesliga champions and judging by the squad they have and how they have performed this season, it seems like there is still nothing that can stop FC Hollywood to win it again this season
Although people (especially Bundesliga fans) are already eager to see another team to steal the title from Bayern, probably it will take one or two, or probably even more seasons for other Bundesliga teams to be able to "compete" with Bayern in the league.
As for now, the biggest competitor for Bayern is Borussia Dortmund. Die Schwarzgelbe have been making it hard for Bayern in the last few seasons, even taking the crown from them for two seasons in a row in 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 season, when the likes of G?tze, Lewandowski, Kagawa, Sahin, Hummels, Subotic, Weidenfeller, Kehl, Grosskreutz, Blaszczykowski, and others were on their top form. Now, most of them are either already out of the club or already out of form.
Then the question is, "What do Bayern have that the other BuLi teams don't have?". Money? Probably not. Bayern is undoubtedly the richest club in Germany right now, but the richest clubs don't always win league titles.
Squad? Probably. Bayern have one of the most complete and the most skillful and talented squad in BuLi, also in Europe.
Consistency? Yes, that's it. The one thing that teams in Bundesliga (even Dortmund) don't have currently. Do you know how hard is it to keep winning, racking up points, keeping players fresh, and bunch of other things to kick-start a winning run and keeping it that way until the end of season? I believe it is harder than keeping talents in the team. But consistency doesn't cost you much to win the league, consistency is all just about hard work, teamwork and confidence. Take Leicester City in the 2015/16 season as an example.
Now talking about what BVB have that Bayern don't have.
Unique Tactics?
I actually love seeing how Dortmund play. Especially when it's a Champions League match against a big team. They always give their all. When Jurgen Klopp wass still Dortmund's head coach, they used to play what we call "Heavy Metal Football". It is actually a counter-pressing (gegenpressing) strategy. Now with Tuchel, BVB still play similar to Jurgen Klopp's "Heavy Metal Football", only with a little addition of creativity from Tuchel. But sometimes, Dortmund's style of play got pretty predictable. Making their weakness exposed, therefore conceding goals after goals after goals. Dortmund have a unique style of play, but it still needs a little bit of tinkering to make it perfect.
Young First Team Talents?
This season, Dortmund have been pretty prolific in buying players. They have used the money from selling Gundogan, Hummels, and Mkhitaryan very wisely. Buying world-class young talents like Emre Mor, Ousmane Dembele, Raphael Guerreiro, Mikel Merino, also Julian Weigl (last season). Also Dortmund's up-and-coming young stars Christian Pulisic, Dzenis Burnic, Pascal Stenzel, and Felix Passlack. Most of them have already made at least one first team appearance for Die Schwarzgelbe.
Unique Supporters?
Dortmund's fans are famous for their loyalty and uniqueness. They always show their spirit, their love for their team in every match. Their spectacular choreographies also are eye-catching. But the roars of the yellow walls are the ones that give the players chills and fighting spirit.
Whether they have enough to win a title, well, that remains to be seen.
