Arsenal want to sign Hull left-back Josh Tymon
The 17-year-old left-back has been followed by Gunners scouts on a regular basis at reserve level this season.
He is not tied to a professional contract at Hull and Arsenal are ready to meet their compensation demands, according to the Mirror.
Arsene Wenger is planning to launch a move in January but he faces competition from Premier League rivals Everton.
Hull want to keep England Under-17 international Tymon on their books and Mike Phelan named him in his starting line-up for Tuesday's EFL Cup win at Bristol City.

Tymon is set to make his Premier League debut on Saturday with first-choice left-back Andrew Robertson out until December with a calf injury.
Team-mate Harry Maguire was impressed by his display at Ashton Gate and believes he will go far in the game.
