Argentina struggled without Lionel Messi at new coach Edgardo Bauza's disposal, but the wait is over and the Barcelona No. 10 will be right back in with the Albiceleste squad to turn things around in World Cup qualifying.
Completely recovered from his injury, the record with and without Messi is one of stark contrasts, so both coach and country will certainly welcome the player back with open arms.
The other Albiceleste call-ups from LaLiga are as follows: Rulli (Real Sociedad), Roncaglia (Celta Vigo), Mercado (Sevilla), Demichelis (Espanyol), Mascherano (Barcelona), Enzo Perez (Valencia), Nico Gaitan (Atletico) and Angel Correa (Atletico).
