Kamil Grosicki scored a brace as Rennes came from behind to earn a 2-1 victory over Nantes in an entertaining Ligue 1 clash at Stade de la Beaujoire.

Both sides created several clear-cut opportunities before Argentinian forward Emiliano Sala finally put the hosts in front three minutes before the break.

The visitors responded in the 58th minute when Poland international Grosicki equalised as he turned in Paul Ntep de Madiba's cross.

The 28-year-old doubled his tally for the match with 15 minutes remaining to give Rennes the advantage which they held on to and claimed three valuable points.
