Stevenage Borough vs Carlisle - Stevenage missing three against unbeaten Carlisle
Posted Friday, October 21, 2016 by PA
Stevenage manager Darren Sarll will be without three key players as they welcome Carlisle to Broadhall Way in Sky Bet League Two.
Dean Wells is struggling with a groin injury and Tyler Walker remains sidelined with a knee problem.
Winger Jobi McAnuff, who joined the Boro in July on a free transfer, has a toe injury which is likely to keep him out for a couple of weeks.
Stevenage lie in 18th in the table after beating Morecambe 2-0 last weekend.
Carlisle will be looking to extend their unbeaten league start to the season to a club-record 14 games.
Boss Keith Curle is without the suspended Shaun Miller while Jabo Ibehre faces a late test on his injured hamstring.
Danny Grainger is available for selection despite confusion this week over the number of yellow cards he has amassed so far this season.
Curle added that another player - whom he declined to name - has suffered a training-ground injury and will be ruled out for three weeks.
