Posted Friday, October 21, 2016 by PA

Newport boss Graham Westley hopes to have a stronger squad at his disposal for his first home game against Sky Bet League Two leaders Plymouth.

Forwards Reece Grego-Cox and Rhys Healey should be fit to play after missing last week's defeat at Yeovil.

Midfielder Mark Randall and defender Paul Bignot face late fitness tests after also being absent for Westley's bow in Somerset.

Swansea loanee Josh Sheehan could keep his place after impressing in his first start last week and defender Kyle Cameron, on loan from Newcastle, is also in contention, but Jamie Turley and Joss Labadie remain sidelined.

Defender Karleigh Osborne has recovered from a knock and will return to Plymouth's squad.

Osborne missed the draw with Portsmouth after sustaining a knock in a local league match.

Midfielder Oscar Threlkeld (hamstring) remains out.

On-loan Bristol City striker Paul-Arnold Garita (knee) is also absent.
